Return & Refund Policy

At CraftCoup Handicrafts, we take pride in offering handcrafted products made with love, care, and traditional artistry. Each item is unique and may have slight variations in color, design, or texture — a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Since our products are handcrafted, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You have received a damaged or defective product.
- You have received a wrong item that differs from your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing support@craftcoup.in with your order details and product images.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns are not accepted for:
- Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
- Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items.
- Minor variations in color, shape, or texture that occur naturally in handcrafted products.
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Our support team will guide you through the return steps.
- You will need to securely pack the item and ship it back to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your return.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In cases of prepaid orders through credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet, refund timelines depend on your bank’s processing time.
If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Please email us at support@craftcoup.in within 3 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
