At CraftCoup Handicrafts, we aim to deliver your favorite handcrafted products to your doorstep safely . Each product is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Since all our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time before shipping.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

- We offer free shipping on select products and order values as mentioned on the website.
- For other orders, a nominal shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

In case your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated time:

- We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
If an item is lost in transit or returned to us due to address issues, we will assist you in reshipping or refunding the order (as applicable).

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:
- Do not accept the parcel.
- Take clear photos and immediately notify us at support@craftcoup.in within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
